Shipping Policy

Order Processing

Orders shipped within the United States and Canada are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

Orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada are processed once per week. Processing times may vary depending on the timing of your order relative to our weekly international shipping schedule.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation notification.

Pre-orders

Orders that include a pre-order item will wait to ship in full once the pre-order item becomes available. For ordering both pre-order and in-stock items, we recommend placing as two separate orders: one for your pre-order item and one for your in-stock items to avoid shipping delays.

Shipping Methods

  • United States & Canada: Orders are shipped via USPS Bound Printed Matter.

  • International Orders (outside the US & Canada): Orders are shipped via Royal Mail.

Tracking Information

Tracking information is provided for orders shipped within the United States and Canada when available through the carrier.

Please note that orders shipped outside of the United States and Canada do not include tracking services.

Delivery Times

Delivery times vary depending on the destination and local postal services. While most orders arrive well within the expected timeframe, international deliveries may occasionally experience delays due to customs processing, postal service disruptions, or other factors beyond our control.

Lost or Delayed Orders

If your order has not arrived within four (4) weeks of the shipment date, please contact us.

If we determine that the shipment has been lost in transit, we will either:

  • Send a replacement copy at no additional cost; or

  • Issue a full refund of your order, including any shipping charges paid.

If a replacement is requested but the item is no longer in stock, a full refund will be issued.
