Return & Cancellation Policy
Order Cancellations
Customers may cancel their order within fourteen (14) days of the delivery date.
To request a return, please contact us so we can advise you on the best way to return your order. Please include your order number (#EM1234) in your message.

Refunds
Approved cancellations will receive a full refund of the purchase price. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
Please allow several business days for your financial institution to process and post the refund after it has been issued.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of printed publications, returned magazines may not be eligible for resale. We reserve the right to decline return requests for items that have been damaged, altered, or are not in their original condition.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number and, where applicable, photographs of the issue so we can resolve it promptly.
UK & EU Customers: Right to Cancel (14-Day Withdrawal Period)
If you are a consumer residing in the United Kingdom, European Union, or European Economic Area, you may have a legal right to cancel your purchase within fourteen (14) days without providing a reason.
The cancellation period expires fourteen (14) days after the day on which you, or a third party designated by you (other than the carrier), takes physical possession of the goods.
To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us of your decision before the cancellation period expires. You may do so by use of our Withdrawal Form found under Submit Withdrawal found in our store footer. Please include your name, order number, email, and the details of the order you wish to cancel.
Effects of Cancellation
If you cancel your order within the applicable withdrawal period, we will reimburse all payments received from you, including the cost of standard delivery (where required by applicable law), without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after we receive the returned goods or evidence that the goods have been returned, whichever occurs first.
Refunds will be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless otherwise agreed.
Returning Goods
You must send back or hand over the goods without undue delay and no later than fourteen (14) days after notifying us of your decision to cancel.
You are responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods unless otherwise required by law.
You are only liable for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.
